What You’ll Do

  • Provide prompt, professional support via chat, email, and phone
  • Troubleshoot issues and guide users through solutions
  • Document customer interactions in CRM tools
  • Escalate complex issues when needed and follow up to ensure resolution
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and customer satisfaction

Who You Are…

  • Excellent communicator with fluent spoken and written [English / other required language]
  • Patient, empathetic, and passionate about helping others
  • Comfortable with multi-channel support tools (Zendesk, Freshdesk, etc.)
  • Quick learner with strong problem-solving skills
  • Able to work independently and manage time across shifts

Bonus If You Have…

  • Previous experience in BPO or customer support roles
  • Knowledge of CRM platforms and help desk tools
  • Ability to work flexible shifts (weekends, evenings, holidays)
